For relatively little expense the county can host computer gaming nights at the Mimbres Learning Center that enable students to bring their own computers and tap into highspeed internet to join friends in person and cyberspace.  To facilitate online learning the County can work with the schools to bring online / remote courses in digital game design, VR and AI  tools. Students with these skill sets can create local remote businesses or work remotely for companies around the world.

Social outlet - Instead of riding up and down the city streets with motorcycles we can provide track and cross country moto courses for families. Another family and youth outlet that has seen success elsewhere is paintball parks.  The County can do joint business ventures where the land is given to a local company bidding to run the business.
